Are you including weekends? I get all weekends, the 5 holidays, and 2 weeks vacation.

I am self employed so I take what I want within reason...usually that is just a week at Thanksgiving and regular holidays like today and tomorrow and random days to run kids to appointments etc.

I get the summer and other school breaks off (unpaid). I get 10 sick and 3 personal days per school year.

3 weeks of vacation. In 2 years, I'll have 4 weeks. 10 holidays. So, 25 days off. Plus, I've never had an issue taking any personal or sick time as needed on top of the vacation days. We can roll over vacation days up to the amount we earn per year, so, if I don't take all 3 weeks, I can roll up to 3 weeks over to next year.
