Little punk

My 7 yo came home today & said a boy on his bus grabbed his & his friend's backpacks & lunch bags and through them across the bus. Then he tried to bite & pinch them & jumped on top of them. Apparently the bus driver saw nothing, and my son was too shy to say anything as the bus driver was in a hurry to get them all off the bus.

Little punk. Grr.

I talked with my son about standing up for himself & his friend, and telling the driver if it happens again. I also let the teacher know as they're really good about nipping things like this in the bud.

That stinks.

Sadly teachers have little control over what happens on the bus.

You should let the bus driver know so he can keep an eye out on them

Woooweee, I would not be a happy Mama either. I've had to have a couple of talks with my 5 year old about bully-ish behavior. Tough, but necessary lessons. I'm glad your son didn't degenerate to the other boy's level and I hope he feels confident in himself next time a situation arises. : (
