I feel like I made the wrong choice. *update*

I posted a bit ago about leaving my job working with DD adults, to work at my kids daycare.
My new job is less stressful, I love the kids, even the difficult ones, my days and weeks go by so fast.
But I took a pretty big pay cut, from 10.35 to 9.20.
I do get half off daycare but it's still a big part of my pay. The owner of the daycares is also my landlord and has worked it so our rent comes out half on each paycheck.
I'm waiting to see if the state can help at all with daycare, if they can not, I think I need to go back to my other job. My rent and daycare costs will be more than my pay.

The last two times I've gone in to my old job(for payroll stuff) my boss has said anytime I want to come back they would take me in a heartbeat(it's hard to find good people to work there).
But I would have to make some stipulations.
I can not lift clients anymore, my back is getting increasingly worse. There is one client I will not work with as she hit me last time.
I would need a pretty specific sechedual S-Tues.

Idk I'm torn. I don't want to go back to my stressful job, but money worried seem to be stressing me out even more :(
Any advice ladies?

*update*
So I found out yesterday that I will get help with daycare!!! And because I'm an employee I will end up paying nothing at all!!!
This is such a big relief for DH and I!

Pray...but in the meantime I think stay where you are and redo your resume and look for something more administrative or office enviroment for a while where you are off on weekends of course. Sounds like you need to rest your body and going back to the other job will make things physically worse for you.  You dont need that. I bet you could get that 10-11 dollars an hour back doing adminstrative work.

Thank you!
I've tried looking for a job like that but all are either per diem or no more than 24hrs a week.
9.20 in min wage here in WA so my 10.35 starting wage was a rare thing. Te other thing is that I live right on the border of idaho and most local jobs are there, and min wage is 8.75 :(

I agree though, I'm going to start looking at jobs now maybe a clerical one will open up soon. I should know sometime this week about the state help. Thankfully my boss is awesome, she knows I love this job and that my husband and I are hard working.

The casino here is in the reservation, I don't think I've ever seen anyone not native working there but I can check!

keep looking! office jobs with titles like coordinator, clerical , , assistant are entry level and generally require little or no experience. good customer service skills ,professional demeanor and attention to detail are usually the desired traits
