I had my formal observation with my peer yesterday. Didn't go as well as I'd hoped.

Trying to ask myself what's the worst that could happen? I get marked as satisfactory.

Yep. That's the worst that could happen. So why and I freaking out about it?

I am sorry.

Because you know you are better than satisfactory, and wanted to take pride to demonstrate that to peers......it's hard when things evals go awry.

What she said.  We all want to show our very best, but it doesn't always work out.  When will you know for sure?  Or do you already?
