I am so tired today. The 3 cups of coffee and two sodas are not helping, lol. I just need to lay down and take a nap.

How do you deal with being tired while you are working?

Well, since DD hasn't started sleeping all night, tired is my normal.  It's been about 4 years since I have gotten a regular sleep schedule.

 coffee! lol

and it's been so slow at work the last few weeks, I have no idea how I've made it through without fallins asleep at my desk!

Usually caffiene for me.  I take a B complex vitamin everyday and it really helps with the afternoon crashes (my dr. remomended I do so and I wasn't even complaining about the tiredness)...it works wonders for me.
