I don't see on there what I am to do with the 3 year old throwing a fit because I am doing something besides focusing all my morning attention on her!

Oh I remember those days... It will pass :)  

And I usually  get up like my daughter says "before day"

 I think I could probably do that. Although I'd have to work up to the push -ups, I have the upper body strength of a toddler lol

i am almost literally dragged out of bed every morning by a little boy screaming for breakfast. does that count as a workout? ; )

i'm actually a big fan of lunges. i do a ton on my leg days at the gym and am always quite sore after. push-ups, though, have never been my thing.
