Woke up with vertigo type dizziness. Dh is gone to work and I am here at home with the girls.

Planning on just staying still until I can walk easily. Hoping the girls will cooperate today.

Oh gosh! That is a miserable state. Good luck! Hopefully the spinning stops soon.

Oh yuck.  I suffered with vertigo for years until one day it just disappeared.  It was so bad once, that while I was teaching (in the days before cell phones, and I had to teach lessons in an old locker room with no phone) I literally had to crawl along the wall all the way down the hall to get to the lounge where there was a phone so I could call for help.  It was awful.

Hope yours ends soon and you're OK!

Ohh my ex had benign vertigo. The onsets seem to come out of nowhere. Or very sudden movement. Good luck with the girls maybe you could put the TV on or something.

I have benign positional vertigo and it sucks. It's always really bad when I have a cold or sinus infection or if I have to be in the dental chair.

Good luck! I've had something similar before, it was no fun at all!

Do you actually have vertigo? Have you been on a boat recently?

Sounds like an inner ear infection?  Do you have ear or jaw pain?  It can just also happen for no reason if your inner ear fluid is "off."  Hope you feel better!
