I knew it would happen because I didn't work out or watch what I eat or anything over the past few weeks. But, I still had an insane hope of at least maintaining.
Not only did I NOT lose and I NOT maintain, but I GAINED weight. I'm heavier now than I was in Decca's weight loss post. :(
But, for two mornings in a row I've done the 5 minute energizing routine (which sounds easy but CRAP for me it's not!!) and beginning today I'm returning to C25K at lunch time.
