Starting over :(

I knew it would happen because I didn't work out or watch what I eat or anything over the past few weeks.  But, I still had an insane hope of at least maintaining.

Nope.

Not only did I NOT lose and I NOT maintain, but I GAINED weight.  I'm heavier now than I was in Decca's weight loss post.  :(

But, for two mornings in a row I've done the 5 minute energizing routine (which sounds easy but CRAP for me it's not!!) and beginning today I'm returning to C25K at lunch time.

Send me your motivation thoughts so I don't quit this time!

Focus on looking forward. No more beating yourself up for a minor setback. If it's just a few pounds, you'll be back on track in no time. you've got this!

Good luck! I gained in 2013 too, lots of things contributed to it, but that doesn't matter, 2014 is going to be the year of losing! You can SO do this!

Go Shannon!!!! You can do it!  I need a battery in my scale.  I have no clue what I weigh.  I intentionally didn't change the battery over the holidays.

I was doing so well with maintaining my weight loss then I got lazy with my workouts when I went back to work in the fall. I don't even want to talk about the holiday break, lol. I was just plain rotten and bad, now I have a "food baby" belly.

I am planning to start the C25K again too~ when the weather cooperates. I wish I had a treadmill at home! As well as JM's 30Day Shred. I have to do something to get back into shape and lose the weight ~again :(  Thankfully it's not as much weight as the first time around.
