I work as a counselor at a community college and assist individuals with careers. What is your current degree in?

Marketing and HR are pretty separate paths.  Which did you prefer?  I'm not a career counselor but I'm happy to help brainstorm with you!  I work in finance ina typical business setting but I interact with all the other departments in the company and see a lot of what they do.

I have work experience in sales & marketing and also in HR. Both didn't pay me well. Looking for change like entering IT or do business.

I like to manage people. I am good at it. I love working as recruiter. My close friends are encouraging me to go towards Merchandiser.
