Unfortunately, you can't target train.  Start eating more cleanly now.  There is a reason why they say abs are made in the kitchen.  Once you start eating more cleanly, you'll notice the differences.  Also start working out and doing core workouts.  Make it a mixture of cardio and strength training.

I just did an extreme diet change for me, cutting out pretty much all grains and extra sugar. I eat lots of protein, lots of vegetables and 3 servings or so of fruit. I lost a lot of bellyfat, and no longer look like I am still 3 months pregnant, haha!

There are several theories that wheat and grains add more fat to our middles, however no good powered research studies to back this up.

I am breastfeeding and it helped my success, I am sure. And I hate the diet, because I never ever feel full or satiated, even 2 1/2 weeks later, I crave bread and sugar. It's like a drug for me.

Eat real, whole foods and do cardio and strength training.
