This is my first post EVER!!

I am a soon-to-be single mom of an amazing tween daughter.  Summer is coming and I am already struggling with how to care for her as I work full time.

Any ideas?

Thanks!!!!

Have you thought of signing her up for day camp at the local YMCA? They have a nice selection of day camps. They also offer scholarships to those in financial need.

Daycamp, grandparents, a friend you can trade sitting with.

I recently subscribed to care.com and they have lots of high school students looking for summer jobs who could cart her around to camps.

We have several centers that take kiddos up to age 12 as well.

Dd did ymca summer camp for many years. I am a single mom myself, and that was a pretty reasonably priced program.
