not always. but I quickly get going. no luxury of lazing around hoping i will perk up.

It depends. I'm a crappy sleeper to start with. Half the time, I will wake up about 2 or 3 and be awake until 5 or so. On those mornings, I am dragging. I have to say though, I feel much better in the mornings now than I did before we got our new bed in August.

Most mornings, yes, and I get up at 5:30. I don't drink caffeine either, I used to be a lot more tired when I relied on caffeine to keep me awake during the day. and I'm saying this after I went to bed at 11:30p last night, whihc is LLLLAAATTTTEEEE for me, especially when I have to basically get up an hour earlier. the time change is usually a HUGE adjustment, I'm really not a fan!
