My 4 year old daughter said to me, "I'm so happy you get to be my mommy" It made me cry!
My two year old says it almost everyday but still makes me smile everytime. . . "Mommy, I love you all the time" ahhh so cute!
"Batman" DH bought him Lego Batman for my Nintendo DS and he wanted to play. Then he was getting excited while playing :) He's been talking A LOT more lately which I'm enjoying more than anything.
Ruby (5) says stuff all the time, love that little girl to bits! but this morning she walked, zombiesque, from her room with her arms open to give me a birthday hug! it was so sweet :) and the card she gave me was designed especially for me with a hundred presents drawn inside and me blowing out TWO birthday candles on my cake. Yup, I'm turning 2, we'll go with that for today ;)
I love this!!
Quoting Mommy2Boys0900: My 5 year old doesn't have a great concept of time just yet. He said to me this morning, "you're gonna be 29 next month, right mommy" (I'm turning 40 in June). I said, yes baby, mommy's turning 29 in June. Of course my teenager just had to correct him and said, no you're not, you're turning 40. Ugh, teenagers :-)
Love you mum, see you tomorrow before I head back - DS
