What do you pay your at home nanny?

I have worked for a family since the baby was 4 months old. I go to their home and work about 20 hours a week.  I also  do a lot of cooking for them, and clean kitchen, load and unload dishwasher. The baby is now 2 and is a handful! He rarely naps anymore. I have been told by friends that I am not being paid enough. They have not given me any kind of raise.

check out care.com to see prevailing rates in your area or even look at nanny ads on craigslist to see what they are offering.

Anywhere between $10-20/hour, for our area, and yes it really does vary a lot depending on experience.

Idk for nannies I tend to go with a flat weekly rate.
