Currently I've been running on 6.5 and Im good. I'm tired but I'm a mom aren't we all. I do more before I actialky get to work then most of my coworkers. Granted working out is by choice but even without that by the time I've actually gotten to work I've been up 3.5 hours. Even on weekends when I can sleep late if I lie in bed too long my back hurts anyway

I am in bed for 8-10 hours, but don't get restful sleep.

According to my Fitbit I wake 2-5 times a night and I am restless more than 30 times a night for upwards of an hour.  This is NORMAL for me, but I feel tired.

I get about 6.5-7 hours a night during the week. I would prefer to get at least 8-9 hours. Some nights, it's broken if my toddler wakes up.

Honestly, I think I still do best with 8+ hours, but I have been so sleep deprived for so long now.........who knows. I get around 3-6 hours frequently, but one a week or so, I am just exhausted, I fall asleep at 8 pm and get like 9 hours. I cannot even remember the last time,I woke up feeling rested.

After going through nursing school, I can manage on about 4 hours and function normally. I usually get around 8 or 9 though.

This is exactly me. I would love to get on a consistent sleep pattern.

Oh man, I do best when I get 8-9, but I've been getting by on 6 or 7 lately.  I feel hungry all day and it can be hard to focus.  The problem is, at night I sort of get a "second wind," once the kids are in bed, and I don't want to go to bed.  Everything's finally quiet, you know? lol  So I just need to make myself go to bed earlier. :)
