Well, I can try, but I am a horrible mess right now. I am super stressed and eating like all the time. It's pathetic!!

So accountability is a good thing, maybe? I'm going for just eating better.

10:30 and doing well. Cottage cheese and fresh strawberries, then half an apple. Plus coffee. And some Advil for my poor pounding head.

Ok so going to TRY to be honest with my food tracker this week. I have this if I don't track I didn't really eat it theory but I'm killing my self getting up at 5:30 to work out and hitting the gym 2-3 days a week for what to eat a bag of m&ms

Lunch yesterday was a pizza, which I don't even like, and dinner was spicy meatballs and pasta. Ice cream for dessert. I'll try doing better today.

I'm headed into a short day at work. I have salad ready. My goal is to eat a salad every day for lunch this week..
