I have a dilemma I need advice on

Posted by   + Show Post

The supervisor on my shift comes in 2 hours late, then takes a 2 hour break.  I like her as a Supervisor and a person but I dont think this is appropriate behavior for the environment in which we work.  There is no way of monitoring her activities so since my shift is small, it would be easy to determine which of us said something if anything was said.  So should I just turn a blind eye to what's going on?

As a supervisor I'm assuming she is salaried. If so, if its that same as where I work as long as you show up then you are paid for the day regardless of how long you were actually there.  I wouldn't say anything because it could come back and bite you in the butt.
