Have you ever worked for any of your siblings?
How was it?
How did they treat you?

No experience. My sister and I have different work ethics and different fields so luckily it will never come up as an option.

I was a babysitter for my older sister.  Since she is rather a bully, it was NOT a good idea.  I would not work for any of MY family.  I would work for DH's mom, as I help her out when she is in dire need of help, and she appreciates it, so it is fun.

Do you have a backup plan?

Honestly, I would just say something like "Sister....I love you.  I want to make sure they we have a positive relationship as family.  To achieve this, I think it is in our best interest that I don't work here."
