Let's "visit" tinandril in Boise, ID

Today, we're "visiting" tinandril in Boise, Idaho.  Here's why she thinks Boise is a great place to visit:

"Boise, ID is known as the City of Trees.  We have over a dozen parks, the Boise River running right through town with easy access, the Boise Train Depot, the Museum of Idaho History, Zoo Boise, Boise Art Museum, in September (ok, so not ENTIRELY in the summer) we have our Art in the Park.  We have Farmer's Markets every day of the week.  There are tons of restaurants - including my favorite the Kyoto Steak House (Hibachi style restaurant).  We're just a few minutes drive from the mountains, and about 20 minutes from Lucky Peak State Park, up by the reservoir.  You can get to the mountains, the river, and to several different reservouirs along the river all within 30 minutes to an hour.  Above Boise, in the mountains, we have tons of campgrounds that are just simply gorgeous.

Bogus Basin is up there too.  During the winter it's a rocking ski resort.  During the summer it's a good place to go have picnics.  We have lots of cool restaurants, a historical downtown, more parks than you can shake a stick at, just so many incredible things.  Please come visit us!  We love tourists!!!!!"
