My son loves cooked broccoli and raw baby carrots.  He is a fruit and veggie boy.  Always has been.  He does not like meat.  It is getting worse.  He used to eat chicken and some fish, but now nothing.  Well, other than bacon and sometimes ground meat in things like chili.  Overall not a biggie for us.  He gets protein from other sources.  BTW he will be four next week. He has gotten pickier overall during the past year.

My son's favorite veggie is frozen peas.  After that, broccoli, baby carrots, garlic green beans, asparagus and corn.  For fruit - apples, dried fruit (raisins, apricots, mango, peaches), berries (blueberries, raspberries and strawberries are his favorites), banana and oranges.  He's not a big meat eater either, but neither am I - chicken is is favorite (he used to like salmon, but now he says that he'll like it when he's bigger and won't eat it now).  He likes cheeseburgers (they're a rare treat with me), but won't eat red meat in any other form yet.  I found the best way to get him to eat healthy or introduce new foods was to let him help in the selection and preparation!  He goes grocery shopping with me and helps me select the fruits, veggies and meats.  I also make sure that any bread and most pasta we have is whole grain so he's used to eating "brown" bread all the time!  Again, though, he helps in the selection process there too.  (He's learning, though, that the selection is limited by what's on sale!)

My son loves baked beans, ravioli, pears, peaches, apples, green beans.  For snacks at school he brings, mixed fruit, pears, or peaches cups.  He likes grahm crackers, and some meat.  it has to be tender though.  we butcher, he better eat meat.  lol..........  He is 4.

Anything with cheese, pizza burgers. The only thing he will not eat is cranberry sauce. He loves to try new foods, but we are quickly running out of new stuff and he will be turning 4 the beginning of July.

I think that frozen blueberries are a great snack and my son LOVES them.. Get the organic ones though because of the pesticides they use on the regular ones can be harmful.
