 I can't wait to make more :)

It has 67 size 2 pamper diapers and 2 bottles filled with hershey kisses.

That's a great tutorial. It's very similar to how I've made mine. The added ribbon on the outside definitely cleans up the look especially if the cupcake is not going to stay in the box. I've used a pinhead (for jewelry making) as a support post for the "cherry" but I like the toothpick idea they have in the tutorial.
