Hello my name is Sherina, and I am just starting out. This is my first one. I plan on making another one some time next month(for a girl) and one in April(for a boy, winnie the pooh theme) for baby showers. I'm not real sure about trying to sell them because 1. I don't know if anyone would buy these off of me and 2. I don't have alot of extra money to make alot of them up and then sell so if people ask me to make them then I would.

I've made 3 diaper cakes and two diaper wreaths and I think they are so fun and such a neat creative outlet and the moms LOVE them..I'm not interested in selling though,..just for gifts..I have never spent more than about 17 bucks on one diaper gift.I buy diapers when they're marked down and I'm just always looking for great deals on toys and supplies to keep on hand for the next gift.

Hi everyone, My name is Iris. I am fairlly new to making diaper cakes. I love to make them though and love the looks that I get when I do make them. Its a great feeling. I would love to start selling them... not sure about online since there are so many people doing them already, so maybe just at the local craft shows... we will see how that goes first. I want to start to learn how to make other creations with diapers.... like to castle and the carriage. We will see how that will go. I hope to learn a lot for this group and share some ideas with others.

I've made two diaper cakes and a wreath so far. I probably would have made more, but don't have many pregnant friends. I am on the fence about doing it for profit. EtsyMom, thanks for the post on the HandmadeHoliday group; I found this group and joined it because of that.
