First thing is caffeine, but I'm working on cutting back or omitting that.
I also need at least an hour of quiet time at nap time... it isn't required, but the workout I get in during that time makes me feel amazing.
It was always coffee, not for the energy, just because I craved it! Even in decaf. For a while of being pregnant though, I have hardly craved it until lately.
