First thing is caffeine, but I'm working on cutting back or omitting that.

I also need at least an hour of quiet time at nap time... it isn't required, but the workout I get in during that time makes me feel amazing.

Coffee! I didn't have any this morning like I always do. I was rushing to make the kids breakfast, changed n stuff bc my FIL was coming to watch them. I had to do a pre employment drug screening, I kept yawning in lab corp lol. I came home and made a cup!

It was always coffee, not for the energy, just because I craved it! Even in decaf. For a while of being pregnant though, I have hardly craved it until lately.
