1 mom liked this
None of my children have for very long at all. My friend did as a child for a bit, but walked fine after that. Maybe ask your pediatrician if you are concerned.

Brady does this occasionally...his physical therapist hates it!

Mine don't, but I have known lots of kids who do. It is very common. Some kids do it for years, but most quit on their own after a bit. The parents I have known with older kids still doing it were all told by doctors not to worry about it and kids would stop when they went to school.

Mine does sometimes. I talked to a friend of mine about this and her son does it also. her doctor said it's ok and they will go out of it but if they are still doing it when they are 3 that's when you should start asking the doctor about it

both my dd and nephew went through a phase of tiptoeing for awhile, not all the time but they grew out of it quickly

My daughter did (and still does on occasion). I had her fitted for shoes and the salesman (he's been doing this forever - he actually sold my mom MY first pair of shoes 27 years ago!!) said that it's pretty common for little ones to walk on their tip-toes.  They will eventually grow out of it.  I found that once I started putting my daughter in shoes more often (crazy, I know, but she was always barefoot before), it got a lot better.
