Proper Daycare Birthday Party Etiquette

My daughter just recently started daycare and her 4th birthday is coming up. Her birthday is during the week and she asked me if she could have a party at her daycare.

I have no issue with this, but I'm wondering if I need to  bring cupcakes and treats for the entire daycare or just her class.

Would it be acceptable to bring cupcakes for the entire daycare and party favors just for her class? Or do I need to bring everything for everyone? I wanted to do the little treat bags for her class, but I don't know if that would be unfair to the kids in the other classes. Should I have cupcakes only and no party favors?

She's my first child and we're new to daycare, so I wasn't really sure what people did for things like this.

Talk to the director, the director is the only one who can tell you the rule for class parties
