In the recent weeks, I have been on Cafemom less because my RL has thrown me for a loop. And in the recent days, I've been trying to keep up with the whole NEW Jon and Kate saga, including Kate's interview with People Magazine (in which she TOTALLY contradicted herself from her Today show appearance stating that they'll be handling this in a private manner, just a mere WEEK before the People people broke the news that she'd be the cover) along with the "interviews" with Kevin and Jodi (which have been featured in Star, the National Inquirer AND other rag mags), and of course those infamous UNNAMED sources close to the family, the bodyguard, former employees, neighbors, etc (i call the mags COWARDS for not using names)....
IN LIGHT OF THE RECENT EVENTS OF the World of the Gosselins, please, let's try to remain positive for the children. Remember, who knows what they'll see in a couple of years when they cruise in the internet.
May God bless the Gosselins and help them weather this storm.

I truly agree.please lets keep this group positive.Lets look at it this way.If the shoe was on the other foot.Would we all want people talking behind our back?I know I wouldn't.We all love watching this show.And I'm shore we all love the kids.Even though we never met them.lol.The kids should be in everyones thoughts and or prays.They are also getting hurt in all of this.And they don't deseve any of it.
I agree!!.....this is a something that would be hard enough to deal with even if one wasnt on tv.....So during all this let just hope things get worked out...and ur right THEY DONT DESEVE this. Keep those great kids in mind!!.....

I am in tottal agreement!!!! I believe that they are under attack because people just want to talk about a family that actually makes it work & because others are jealous. Period, point blank! The Gosselins need to be left in peace!!!! They were generous enough to allow us into their lives, & I dont think it's fair to them that the nay-sayers are going around making up rumors and such!!!! At this rate, we will be lucky if they even decide to air season 5!!!! So, if people have nothing positive to say, then SHUT YOUR TRAP!!!! Sew it up with horse hair if need be, but many of us don't want to hear the poison spewing from your mouth!!!
I totally agree with you. I have been trying to keep a neutral status with all this controversy. I feel so bad for them. I have been waiting to see a positive post for a while. FINALLY!! I just didn't want to be chastised if i started one. I hope that Jon and Kate can work things out, whatever that might be. For the childrens sake I hope everything can be fixed. Wether that be going off the air, fine. I do know that kate did say that she wasn't going to go off the air because of Jons situation because that money is needed for the children for college. Whatever the reason is, I hope they keep those kids safe, happy and they have a happy mommy and daddy

As you may or may not know, I really do try to be the biggest supporter out there. There is nothing more frustrating to me than others thinking they know better how to raise your children. I may not be on this particular Cafe Mom blog often. But I will always be a fan of the show regardless of what happens. I will always wish nothing but the best for this family. I will always pray that they can see this tough time though and truly show what its like to be in a real marriage.
I agree, and maybe send out extra good thought to those 8 children who have turned out to be the victims in all of this like many predicted, but I don't think any of us thought it would end up this bad. I feel so bad for the kids. But I am trying to ride it out to see how this all unfolds and I pray that those children won't end up being the ones stuck in the middle of turmoil as I think they may.
I pray this will all be resolved soon with the least amount of pain for those children!
I'm all for that. I feel everyone deserves privacy whether on tv or not. I get tired of so much negativity. I for one don't want negativity in my life. I like the show, I like the kids, I like Jon & Kate. I only watch to enjoy it, no other reason. I wish people worried about their own lives as much as they do the Gosselins then they wouldnt have time to attack them.
