I took the renewal class for my chl in NOVEMBER!!!!! and it came in the mail Saturday! Yay!!!! I didn't realize that TX had changed the way the license looks. It's pretty cool with lots of holograms and my birthday is raised up kinda like braille.
wow you had to wait a long time. in AZ they say it will be done by 60 days. and it took the full 60 days for me, but for my husband i think it took more like 90.
