I mentioned to two women at a food tasting party that I had to go on the Magnesium Sulfate for my preeclampsia just after I delivered my twins and they immediately started asking questions about my kids. Yes, my twin boys were diagnosed with autism. And I did breastfeed while I was on the Mag. Sulfate. One of the women I was speaking with has 4 children. Her twin girls are on the autism spectrum and her other two kids are fine. She was only on the Mag. Sulfate when she delivered the twins. The other woman has 3 children. Her firstborn has autism and the other two are fine. She was also only on the Mag. Sulfate when she had her firstborn. These women were pretty conviced that this was the cause and now I'm leaning toward that direction. But I just don't know. Laurie
I had to be on Magnesium Sulfate, too w/ my ds and he has AUTISM, too. However, my dd is NT, but I was not on Magnesium Sulfate w/ her. Interesting info!
Loving and proud mommy to Chris, who happens to have Autism :) and Kiersten, NT
There are actually lawyers that take cases like this.....they said I wans't on it long enough....how do they know how long it takes to damage a child????? Very frustrating.....please look it up more and let me know what you find......Thanks!
