My son is autistic. He refuses to use any devices or sign. So we got a tango and can not use it. I like it alot. It is simple, you can download pictures and set it up specificly for your child. It was a great tool, just have a difficult kid. lol. They are not cheap, there are place that can help pay for them, insurance, waver, children's hospital, ect. We are getting rid of ours. Any thought on othere thigns to try?
