Has anyone used a dynavox for their child. We are getting one for my son who is nonverbal and has autism.

we have. They are gret if you have a speech therapist that can help set it up. We have a tango. You can go online and down load new pictures that are more specific to your child. You can take pictures and add them. I have seen it work with many kids. It may take time, My son refuses to use his. So we will sell it. He has learned to talk some. So it is better.
