First things first. Take your before pictures. Stop reading right now, get your camera out, find a swimsuit and take that before picture. Also take your stats and measurements.
If you want/need fast results you'll want/need to commit to more than 3 days a week. But if you're needing just to go to your friends 3 days a week we can come up with something. Also for fast results you'll need to make sure you are feeding your body properly. To figure out what calorie range you'll want to be hitting go to www.teambeachbody.com/jylfkanney and click on play the game. Set up your profile and then click on diet and nutrtion tab. Enter in the required fields and it will give you the amount of calories you need to loose a pound of fat per week. Remember though that just because you loose a pound of fat does not mean you'll loose a pound on the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat. As far as what workouts are best it all depends on what your specific goals are. Do you like dancy type workouts for aerobics, do you like weight lifting routines? Figure out what will keep you interested and we'll go from there as to which routine will help you get there. Personally I rotate cardio and weight workouts everyother day 5-6 days a week. If you're looking for a long lean look you'll want to do weight workouts where you don't feel the burn until rep 12-15. I think I answered the majority of your questions and we can continue on to determine what's going to be best for you. Set a start date and let me know. I can keep track of your workout days through WOWY which is an online gym which offers daily prizes as long as you upload a picture and log in when you workout. The prizes range from $300 - $1,000 and there is a winner daily. I'll send you an invite for WOWY once you get signed up to play the game and get me your screenname. Mine is the same as here if you want to add me as a success buddy. Can't wait to see your success story happen. Jill |

I clicked on Caloric needs but it had me to enter my Credit card info and I don't want to do that. My profile name is the same as on here: ratchetlee. Is this something I have to pay for? My hubby will NEVER go for that! |

There is a paid membership, but there are also some tools that are free. Instead of clicking on the caloric needs at the bottom click on the personalized meal plan in the middle on the right. You will be able to tell the calculator what activity you'll be doing as well as your current weight, height and age.
I just added you as a success buddy and will send you an invite for tomorrows workout. Have a great day and be sure to let me know if you need any help on your fitness and/or weightloss journey.
