So how is everyone doing?  OK here

I haven't been on much "reporting" my progress.  I am embarrassed and disgusted with everything.  I have gained weight again.  So now I feel like I have to start over.  I really haven't been eating THAT bad, but I could do better.  Hopefully, once again, I can redeem myself and do this.  I have been trying to work out - even if it's just to get on the treadmill for a little while.  It is really hard with 3 young children to do that.  So I became frustrated and quit trying to go.  It's hard to stay with it even though I want and need to so badly.  So I guess I am just looking for some support.  What do you do when you fail?  If I "mess up" 1 day - like I decide to treat myself and have an unhealthy snack - after I eat it, I think crap - well the day is messed up and I will go on and eat badly the rest of the day.  Then if it's late in the week (like Thursday or Friday) - I think well I will just start over on Monday.  I don't know why I do that!!!!  IT is so stupid!  UGH!!  I have GOT to change my way of thinking.  Now, instead of being down 9lbs, I am only down 4.  So I feel like I am starting over.  Anyway, just venting.  Hope to do better!  Today is a new day.

Okay here's the deal.  We all splurge every now and then.  The trick is to not let it set you back.  For example when I decide to splurge I do everything in my power to make up for it the next meal by eating super clean or by working out even harder the next workout. 

I really feel like we need to get together and just talk.  Would you be up for meeting in Athens sometime this week?
