Did you supplement with whole milk when your supply decreased? I am 5w and my son is 13 months old. Will I need to start giving him whole milk?

No.  I know many moms who don't even use cows milk.  My kids drink very little milk, mostly water.  As long as you are still nursing (the best nutrition) and he is eating healthy, I wouldn't be concerned about the milk.

My son loves cheese and yogurt! I guess I was just thinking about when my milk starts changing and he isn't getting very much or If any at all.

My son also loves his water! (and cheese lol) I agree with this. You shouldn't need to increase/use whole milk unless you want to.
