I have been wondering what is the difference between a Slow Cooker and a Crock Pot? I always thought they were the same thing. So does anyone know what it is

They are the same thing. Crock Pot is a brand of slow cooker and, like Kleenex, has become a generic name for all slow cookers.

Yes, CrockPot is a brand name of slow cooker. All are slow cookers, but not all are CrockPots. You can start a blog or recipe group like this and get sued for calling it CrockPot Cooking Moms!
