Boil water and add some mixed vegetables(the frozen kind) what ever brand you like. You will also add some minute made rice and some chicken boullions. I use the power type. This is fast and so good. You can add leftover chicken from another day or boil the chicken the night before and shred it or cut it into small squares. You can probably use boneless breast for this.

This soup is quick, easy and delicious. Toss it together when you get up, add the veggies around 2:00 and you'll be all set. (Six hours is sufficient cooking time for this soup)

Meatball "Stone" Soup

1 bag (16 oz.) frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
1 medium potato, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (14 oz. each) beef broth
1/4 tsp. garlic-pepper blend
1 bag (1 lb) frozen mixed vegetables

Spray inside of 3 to 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix frozen meatballs, tomatoes, potato, onion, garlic-pepper blend and broth. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 9 to 11 hours. Increase heat setting to High. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables. Cover; cook 1 hour longer.

both sound good, my husband decided due to some health problems on my part to make the soup and went with potato but I think I will make these for us at home. Thanks for the great ideas
