Woman,s World recipe : Pineapple Glazed Pork Roast :
3 lb boneless pork loin roast, 1/2 tps salt ( can be cut in half if watching salt) 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 can ( 6 oz ) pineapple juice , 1/2 tsp chinese spice powder ( if you do not have this you can use equal parts of ground cinnamon, cloves and ginger) 1.4 c hosin sauce from 8 oz jar, in sm bowl mix, salt, garlic powder and pepper, rub on roast, put roast in crock pot, then in sm bowl mix pineapple juice and chinese spice powder stir in hosin sauce , pour over meat, turn to coat, cook on low 6-8 hrs , let stand 10 min .
* the original recipe was for the oven however seems how this is a slow cooker group i switched it so that it can be done in the crock pot .

LOOK!!! I finally have a recipe for you guys!!! Got it from a newspaper. This is as is, but for my family I tweaked it, to make it my own. Have fun and enjoy!
Slow-Cooker Beef with Root Veggies
1 onion, chopped
4 small red potatoes, quartered
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 turnip, peeled and chopped
1 rutabaga, peeled and chopped
1 (3-pound) chuck roast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tbs all-purpose flour
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Arrange onion, potatoes, carrots, turnip and rutabaga in bottom of slow-cooker. Season beef all over with salt and black pepper. Rub flour all over beef. Place roast on top of vegetables in slow-cooker. Whisk together tomato sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, mustard powder and garlic powder. Pour mixture over beef. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours. Serves 8.
