Hey ladies, I just found out my DH has high cholesterol, high blood pressure and prediabetes. The doctor said if he isn't careful, they will put him on medication for type 2 diabetes. my dad is a diabetic who has also had a heart attack so he si really carelful what he eats. i have used the website diabetic-recipes.com and eatingwell.com. i have a cookbook that has heart healthy diabetic recipes as well, i got that from barnes and noble. hope that helps
