chili for hotdogs , : 1 lb gr beef, browned and drained , 1 med sz onion diced, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2c ketchup, 1 sm can tomato paste, 1 tomato paste can of water, 1-2 cans of red kidney beans ( do not drain ) , put all in crock pot stir to mix, and cook on low about 4 hrs covered.
