Been using it for the usual suspects here like our spaghetti soup(minestrone really) salsa chicken, beef roast etc... however I think I use it more in the summer as it's so darned hot and the crock does not heat up the kitchen. With that said I am returning to school for spring semester so we will be crocking it at least 2 nights a week since I will be leaving at 6am and returning at 7 that night minimally monday and wednesdays
