I am starting this post so that everyone can be on the same page as far as what she needs and what everyone is sending. My husband and I are going to be buying her the large items that she needs such as a crib, highchair, swing, and bouncer. We are also going to help her get car insurance and registration so that she has transportation. I know that she needs bottles, clothes, diapers, wipes, blankets, and any other items that you can spare. I am going to collect everything at my house and then drive out to her about twice a month to bring her items. I am also willing to take donations to help out. I am waiting to hear back from her as far as donations are concerned. I am not sure if she wants me to collect them directly for her or have you send them to her. As soon as I know more about that I will update everyone on here.
Please send me a PM for my address and phone number to keep in contact regarding this.
She lives in the state capital so she has a lot of major stores around her, so gift cards are also helpful. If you have any questions please feel free to PM me.
**UPDATE**
Proudmomma told me that as far as small items go, she needs baby girl clothes (newborn, 3-6 month, and probably some 6-9 month to get her started), boys clothes (sizes 24 months/2T, size 5/6 pants, and size 6/7 tops), a few bottles, storage containers for breastmilk, receiving blankets, diapers (size newborn and 1), wipes (Huggies for sensitive skin), and any other items that you don't need. The items listed are things that she needs the most right now.

I might have some bottles, and I have a ton of receiving blankets if she wants them

Likewise.
Thank you all for the kind words, but it is really nothing. I would do this for anyone that needed it. I needed help when I was pregnant with Donovan. My parents kicked me out of their house. If it wasn't for my husbands parents, who at the time I had only met once, allowing me to move in with them. I would have been forced with having to try to make it on my own with no place to go and no support. I would have been forced to decided if adoption was right for my son. I thank God everyday that it didn't end that way for me. I would hate to see that happen to someone else, when I am in a position to help.
Sorry about the long response, but I felt that it was important that all of you know a little more background of how I can somewhat relate. I know it is not the same, but I was close to joining your group as a birthmom 4 years ago.

Any update on helping monetarily? I no longer have baby items since my children are well grown and I've passed those things on, however I've thought of a Visa gift card to allow her to shop for whatever items she needs (baby items, diapers, wipes, groceries).
Any help monitarily would be great as well. I have a paypal account, which I can give you info through PM if interested. Also, any gift cards would be helpful. She live in the state capital, so she has a lot of store near her. Thank you all again for the great support.
