Hi Ladies:
Sorry, I've been hit and miss lately due to dealing with cancer in our family. I understand that there have been some Amoms looking for babies, and some very hurt members because of it. This will be addressed immediately.

thank you....respect is the no. 1 importance here. We all are on a journey, however, experiencing different walks. Respect, support and understanding. Most important factors during our difficult journey.

Hi Ladies!
Just an update that the privacy settings have been updated so that only members can post and reply (sorry, I thought I had done that already!).
It also appears that the two people who have been addressed in the most recent are not members (or withdrew their membership on their own) so that has resolved itself.
Thanks again to all who are a part of this amazing group. Love and prayers for you all!

Kym: I just logged on for the first time today and so I'm likely not up to date on everything, but I noticed that you mentioned that you are dealing with cancer in your family. I lost both parents to cancer when they were just 60. They had two very different experiences, but in a very close proximity of time. This takes it's toll on family members and there are a lot of time-sensitive demands. Everyday life seems to come to a halt, or at the very least changes dramatically. I wish you strength and resilience in dealing with this serious health issue. Take it one day at a time and value the time you have with loved ones. My greatest regret in life is that my Dad never got to take his grandchildren fishing...the simple things in life are the best. Take care.

Thank you so much for your encouragement, and so glad to have you a part of our group! :)
We just got back from a funeral in Florida (step-dad), and two others are battling cancer. The one closest to me got a GREAT report from his last scan, though...the tumors have shrunk and he can have a break from chemo for three months. WAHOOO! GO GOD!!!
So...as he puts it, he's exceeded his "expiration date" three times now.... and we're grateful for any extra time we have with him.
Again, thank you for your thoughts and I am very sorry about your loss.
My best and prayers to you,
Kym
