When is the right time to start doing exercises to help my baby drop? I'm about 34 weeks right now, my baby is head down, but I don't think she has dropped.  This will be my second delivery, but the first was a planned c/s at 39 weeks. I didn't feel contractions, so I don't really know what to expect, and I DON'T want to be induced if at all possible.  I'm not trying to go into labor early, just around my due date, so I was just wondering what the best time to do those things are.

Many babies do not drop until labor.  A baby doesn't need to drop for you to go into labor.

The best thing you can do is read about optimal fetal positioning and trust your body and baby.  :)
