Speed Scrap Information

What on earth is a Speed Scrap?
*We will choose a time to have it (our first will be at 1:00 pm mst) then everybody who wants to participate is on their computer at that time. At 1 we will be given  our first instruction. (example: pick one picture and have it go from edge to edge either vertically or horizontally). Then 10 minutes later we will be given another instruction. (example: have a ribbon or stitch go across one or more sides of the pic). These instructions continue every 10 min. Until an hour as passed (2:00 will be the last instruction this time). Then everybody has 1 more hour to catch up or finish up and then we post them.

I would want to do this because......?

* I like this because it gives me a chance to do things I wouldn't normally do with scrapping. Broaden the horizen if you will. And the beauty of doing it in real time is that while we wait for the next instruction we can chit chat or ask a clerifying question or what not. Plus you'll have a whole page done is just about 1 hour! (I don't know about you but sometimes it takes me WAY too long to finish one page).

Other info:

*You will find the thread for each speedscrap labeled: "SpeedScrap for (date) HERE!"

*When your page is complete look for this thread to post your LO in: "Post all LO's from (date) SpeedScrap Here!"  You can post them directly from your computer.  These pages will show up small.  If you post them from photobucket your pages will show up large (preferred).

*Please use the above "Calendar of Events" to keep track of when we have SpeedScraps.  If you're interested in hosting a SpeedScrap please PM me to let me know.
