The instructions:

1.Pick out one solid background (needs to be good for blending hint hint)

2.  Pick out 2 pictures (must be taken in the same setting).Take one picture, make it larger, extract it and blend to one side using just a little over half the paper. Take the smaller picture and place it to the other side of your paper and frame

 3.  Pick 3 (one use needs to me of nature..flower, butterfly, leaves) elements put one in one corner of frame, another in opposite corner (if you put first in top left put second in bottom right) and one behind picture.

4.   Pick out a type of trimming (ribbon, string, ect.) and put it down the same side that your bigger picture is on.

5.  Add some word art

6.  Give it some sparkle

7.   Date it and add a FEW other things if you wish, but not to much and post!
