My hubby is Chinese and I am white.
LOL...Like your husband, I ate Chinese food when my DH and I were dating. I even ate things like 1,000 year eggs. But for some reason, now I just can't take Chinese food anymore. It think I got tired of it or something. LOL Anyway, DH makes his own Chinese food, and I eat my own food. DD eats whichever one appeals to her that day. |

i'm pretty lucky that my dh is not a picky eater and will eat just about anything. but he loves korean food (he's white, i'm korean), and will eat just about anything put in front of him. unfortunetly, i don't know how to cook korean food, so we only eat it when we're w/ my parents or if we go out to a korean restaurant. otherwise, it's meat and potatoes :-)

I'm Korean and hubby's Chinese. Its opposite for us. My hubby loves Korean food, no matter what it is. I just won't eat a lot of the Chinese food. Some of it is just really strange to me, plus its so greasy.

I'm Hawaiian, Chinese, Japanese, English, and Irish. Hubby is white. He prefers potatoes to rice. He will not eat poi and isn't a big fan of raw fish. It's just something I'm used to.

i'm half filipino and half irish. my boyfriend is as white as they come! his idea of ethnic food is teriyaki chicken from the japanese places in the food court at the mall or sweet and sour chicken from chinese takeout. *sigh* if i want to cook filipino food... i am cooking for one! i can't wait til aiden is old enough to eat table food... then i will have company!

My husband does really well with it... He actually loves it and will always give something a try. There are things that I eat that makes him stray but I can't blame him. Things like spicy pigs feet, dried squid, cuttlefish, and tripe all make his skin crawl but it's what I grew up with and love. He will however eat his weight in kimchi, kimbob and bulgogi. LOL

Haha... don't they all trick us when they're dating us? They'll eat anything with a smile. lol ;o)
My dh is always interested in trying chinese/taiwanese food (and japanese.. I like a lot of japanese stuff after living in Japan). But he's not that interested in eating it on a regular basis. About the only things he actually loves are cha siu bao (chinese bbq pork buns) and bok choy (veggies).. |

I'm Korean & DH is caucasian. I don't know how to cook Korean food, so we usually eat American foods. I like my food spicier than he does. I only make sticky rice & he doesn't mind. He likes Asian food as long as it isn't spicy or sushi. We used to go to Korean restaurants when we lived in Atlanta, but where we live now, there aren't any...just Americanized Chinese restaurants. Yuck!
