OK, there are a few excellent groups (other than ours) right here on CafeMom that may be relevant to you...
Interracial Families Forum
Interracial Marriages/Relationships
Adoption
Next, I found a few great sites on the Web that I wanted to share with you as well!
The Asian-American Village at IMDiversity.com
http://www.imdiversity.com/villages/asian/village_asian_american.asp
Description: IMDiversity.com is dedicated to providing career and self-development information to all minorities, specifically African Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, Latino/Hispanic Americans, Native Americans and women. The Asian-American Village has TONS of great articles, and lots of them are about parenting and lifestyles, not just about jobs and networking!
Multicultural Toolbox
http://www.franceskaihwawang.com/
Description: This is the website the editor for the Asian American Village at IMDiversity.com. She also happens to be my cousin! :-) She does a lot of writing and speaking about cultural issues and education.
GoldSea Asian American Daily
http://www.goldsea.com/index.html
I found this on a Google Search. They tout themselves as the Asian American Supersite. It looks to be a big news site with reports focused on anything involving Asia or Asians.
ModelMinority: A Guide to Asian American Empowerment
http://modelminority.com/
Finally, there are a couple great places to find Asian related products!
ChinaSprout
http://www.chinasprout.com
Asia For Kids
http://www.asiaforkids.com/
Heart and Seoul
http://www.heartandseoul.com
Please feel free to add to this list!

Wow...thanks, Christina, for compiling a great list of resources! It's nice to have it all in one spot.
I don't have any specific Asian/PI links to share, but one of my favorite groups is the Southern Poverty Law Center which helps to fight intolerance as manifested in violent forms, and hate crimes. And sadly, there's still plenty of that going around.

Thanks to Starrynite, there's a blog to add to this list. He's an American living in Japan, and his perspectives are pretty amusing.

Our local university has an Asian Culture Ctr which has a nice quarterly newsletter that I enjoy. Their website is at http://www.iub.edu/~acc/main.php
