I AM BLACK, PHILLIPINO & IRISH, SO I JOINED THIS GROUP IN HOPES TO FIND OUT MORE ON MY PHILLIPINO BACKGROUND. BUT I GAVE MY DAUGHTER TWO ASIAN NAMES, BUT I DON'T KNOW THEIR MEANINGS. CAN ANYONE HELP?

If they were in Japanese I could help...sorry!  They sound really pretty though!

I'm not sure, they don't sound Chinese either. Where did you find them or do you know of what the origin might be?? Did you give them a different spelling yourself?

Perhaps you can also try to look them up on the web on baby names sites. Some of the sites you type in a name and it gives you origin and meaning. (I tried those for Nylah's name when pregnant).

Well, I did try to look it up for you.... not sure but I found a music artist name of Kym (given name) who is Vietnamese. 

Also, I found the name "Oren" on a baby name site. Does not say what country of origin, but it does say it means "Tree"  http://www.thenewparentsguide.com/baby-names-o.htm
