Need some serious help!!

I need some help very badly, My son is almost 9 months old and for over a month now will not allow me to put him down to sleep. He wants to sleep on my chest or arms in his glider or couch (does not want to be laying down) and as a result I get maybe an hour or two of sleep a night. Its been going on for over a month now and I'm desperate for sleep! I love his very much and have tried co-sleeping but hates it. I'm starting to fantasize about swallowing a whole bottle of sleeping pills just to get some sleep! I wonder what it's like to sleep in a real bed again. The lack of sleep is making me more and more depressed and restless... I just can't take anymore of this.... I'm desperate and to the point where I may try CIO....

HELP PLEASE!!!!

OK... I get it... you all don't want me in your group! I swallowed my pride and reached out to all of you for some desperately needed help and you snub me... so I'll leave and you can go back to you self importance!

Excuse me? Did you ever think that maybe we couldn't think of anything? Have you tried looking through the rest of the forum to see if anyone else has the same problem?
