My dh is out of town and won't be home till late, my 2 little guys have a baseball game tonight so I am making frozen salisbury steaks. How easy is that! My kids love these things, my dh hates them, so it's a treat for them,lol....making some rice to go with, and some applesauce :)

I don't know what I'm going to fix.   But a boy (21) that works with my husband called mea at noon to fix him corn bread for his supper, and now my house smells so good that I'm thinking of making some for us.  I just don't know what to have with it.  Any ideas?  I usually fix beans, but no time now.

Oh corn bread sounds good!
How about some chili? I make this really quick, ground beef/beans and it's pretty good and easy. You just brown some ground beef, season with garlic salt/pepper, add in a can of undrained chili beans, or any kind of beans you like and a small can of tomato sauce, just warm up and my kids love this!

We are having left over barbequed chicken and ribs.  I try to plan a menu for the week but I've been slacking.  I got Everyday Food magazine's cookbook the other day and I'm dying to try it out.

Not sure yet, but I'm leaning towards some cheese turnovers my mom made and bean soup.

We are having Apricot pork chops with rice and broccoli. Nothing too fancy really. Just bake the pork chops with Jam on top and make rice and steam the veggie. I am tryingto eat healthier and not do too much drive thru. We do WAY too much of that.

I make these too.  The jam help keep the pork moist.  Hubby is grilling a London broil for dinner with pasta and salad.
