Oh corn bread sounds good!
How about some chili? I make this really quick, ground beef/beans and it's pretty good and easy. You just brown some ground beef, season with garlic salt/pepper, add in a can of undrained chili beans, or any kind of beans you like and a small can of tomato sauce, just warm up and my kids love this!
Quoting Renered1:
We are having left over barbequed chicken and ribs. I try to plan a menu for the week but I've been slacking. I got Everyday Food magazine's cookbook the other day and I'm dying to try it out.
I plan out my weekly menus too and tomorrow is my shopping day and I am not even ready, lol. I really should pull one together!
Quoting cocoanmom:
We are having Apricot pork chops with rice and broccoli. Nothing too fancy really. Just bake the pork chops with Jam on top and make rice and steam the veggie. I am tryingto eat healthier and not do too much drive thru. We do WAY too much of that.
That sounds good! I'll have to try that!

I make these too. The jam help keep the pork moist. Hubby is grilling a London broil for dinner with pasta and salad.
