Hi, I'm Michelle. I have always thought I was fat...until I became fat! Oh how I would love to be that firm, muscular 140 lbs chick with curves!! After the birth of each baby I have gained weight. I now weigh more than I did 9 months pregnant with my now 2 year old. I can't stand it anymore. I have tried diets, they all work short term. I tried cutting out soda, gained 10 lbs. So Monday (we grocery shop on Sunday) I am going to try something new. Not a diet, just simply eating healthier and attempting to exercise daily, even if it is just using the Wii. I know I will need help, advice, and motivation!! We want another baby, and at 283 lbs there is no way! I need to lose at least 100lb before I can consider being pregnant again. I want to enjoy it since it will be our last! No sodas, water! low or no fat choices where possible. lean meats, no evening snacking. I am going to photograph myself every month, hoping to motivate myself. My fat butt will be on the front of the fridge, so everytime I open it, I am reminded of what I look like.
Anybody else have any tips? Anything that kept you motivated? Any foods that you love??
